Kashiwa Nishi-Shinjuku will be open for business on these three consecutive holidays (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays)!
Today's recommendation is the freshly fried and crispy "Maitake Mushroom Tempura".
One bite will fill your mouth with the powerful aroma unique to maitake mushrooms, and the more you chew, the more the flavor overflows. This light texture and fragrance is a luxury that only freshly fried maitake mushrooms can offer. You can simply enjoy the taste of the ingredients with salt, or savor them with ten-tsuyu (soy sauce).
On chilly nights, we also serve our signature oden and hot sake.
