Tempura is one of the traditional Japanese dishes that brings out the umami of the ingredients. Our Tempura is made with chicken and seasonal vegetables, and is prepared in such a way that our customers can enjoy its crispy texture and savory aroma. Kashiwa-ten, for example, is characterized by the juiciness of the chicken and the lightness of the batter. We also offer a variety of vegetable tempura, such as avocado, eggplant, and young corn. All are freshly fried and go great with beer or sake.

For a meal, we recommend oden as well as tempura. On a cold winter night, try oden soaked in broth. Kashiwa oden, stewed in chicken broth based on the flavor of chicken, offers a variety of ingredients. A wide variety of ingredients are available, from standard to oddball, including daikon radish, egg, konnyaku, and more.
